90 day full refund
If you are dissatisfied with your order we will accept returns for a full refund within 90 days of product shipment. Products must not be damaged or opened. *Please Note: We do not give refunds for featured specials, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions. Prepackaged gifts and kits are assembled individually and may vary slightly. If you are having trouble moving a specific item we will work with you to swap out the product for another product item.

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-888- 643-8883, or email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. To investigate the problem, we’ll need your company name, address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
